As consumer platforms scale, fraud and risk teams face a growing challenge: third-party risk scores and automated models work well in aggregate, but false positives can have real consequences - especially when legitimate user behavior resembles automation. When those scores act as hard gates for credit releases, user trust and operational efficiency are directly impacted. In this session, Super.com and Socratix will share how they transformed a growing manual review bottleneck into an AI Operating Procedure - a human-defined, AI-executed workflow that evaluates identity verification outcomes, transactional history, payment data, and behavioral signals together. Rather than relying on opaque model outputs in isolation, Super.com partnered with Socratix to deploy an AI Agent that mirrors expert judgment within clearly defined, auditable boundaries. The system integrates directly with Super.com’s internal tools, automatically gathers cross-system context, applies risk logic defined by the team, and executes consistent, explainable decisions at scale. Before Socratix, analysts manually reviewed accounts each day, pulling data from multiple systems to weigh positive and negative indicators. Today, up to 950 accounts can be reviewed in under 45 minutes - a more than 10x increase in scale - while significantly reducing false positives and removing routine cases from the manual queue
