CSI: Vendor Edition—Analyzing the Evidence

Occasionally, a segment of your vended payment stack falls down – directly or when compared to other areas of your vendor usage. Great…Now What? We will look at evaluating your existing vendors to see if there is a problem to be addressed or a new vendor to be located. We are going to look at ways you can neutralize the evaluation process for your existing vendors and add value to the ways you are assessing their performance. Numbers Never Lie! But we’ll also take an honest look at how you may be contributing to those numbers. Then let’s take evaluating to solutioning and make assessment a method of partnership enhancement rather than blamescaping. Or even offer up a great exit line, if needed!
