The Fraud Solutions and Change Manager at O2 UK (Telefónica UK Limited) will be responsible for mitigating the most pervasive fraud types impacting the company, with the goals of reducing losses, enhancing Fraud Operations productivity, and protecting legitimate customers. The individual in this role will be expected to serve as the business owner for fraud prevention initiatives, leading the budgeting, evaluation of third-party solution providers, and vendor approval stages. The person in this position must also work with leaders across the company to ensure disparate lines of business are aligned on core fraud prevention deliverables.
