The Head of Trust and Safety at Skillz will be expected to provide thought leadership on the Customer Advocacy team and across departments by covering a wide range of online gaming issues, including fraud, payments, and cheat prevention. The individual in this role will be tasked with building a global team to mitigate threats and attacks, enforcing the company's Terms of Service to ensure all players receive a fair experience. The person in this position must also develop relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements, focused on strengthening player trust.
