The Sales Engineer position at optile is charged with leading prospects and customers throughout their journey, from technical requirements gathering to onboarding and ongoing support. The individual in this role must fully assess prospective customers' needs and ascertain whether custom integration work is appropriate either to meet a client's needs or to satisfy internal requirements. The person in this position will be expected to coordinate with internal teams on agreements and contracts, as well as coordinate internally to address any inquiries regarding testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
