Payment Structures for Omni-channel Commerce
Industria de Diseño Textil S.A., or Inditex, is a Spanish multi-national clothing company comprising eight brands, with more than 7,000 stores in 88 markets. In this presentation, two leaders from its Payments division provide an overview of the company and how eCommerce payments are structured. Next, perspective on the consumer benefits of omni-channel retailing is shared, along with the challenges that model presents and how those may be addressed. The review concludes with discussion of the COBO model, its structure, and its inherent advantages and drawbacks.
