Mitchell Young -- Neustar; Kelsey Blakely -- Square

Presentation

Data breaches have skyrocketed in the past several years, both in terms of frequency and in the number of consumers impacted. This presentation explores the challenges of verifying whether someone is truly who they say they are, then highlights the advantages of using specific data points which cannot be spoofed as a measure to help confirm a user's identity. Square then reviews how using these attributes has helped them improve the accuracy of their models and reduce false positives.
