The MRC has partnered with Cybersource to produce the annual Global Fraud Survey, a detailed report that outlines the latest trends in eCommerce fraud prevention. This informative survey provides insights into the latest fraud-related data, the impact of COVID-19 on fraud prevention strategy, and robust industry benchmarks sourced from 650 global merchants.

The report also includes an appendix detailing the questions asked to those surveyed and a thorough exploration of effective fraud mitigation tactics undertaken by industry leaders.

A total of 1,060 merchants involved in eCommerce fraud and payment management (including 45 MRC members) participated in the research. The sample includes merchants in four major geographic regions (North America, Europe, APAC, and LATAM), with broad representation across all size tiers, sales channels, and categories.
