MRC CPFPP Guided Prep Program

• The program includes a two-day virtual workshop, access to foundational and supplemental eLearning courses, a suggested study plan, the CPFPP study guide, digital flashcards, a self-assessment exam, live Q & A sessions with certified experts, and a CPFPP exam voucher.

• The CPFPP Guided Prep Program is $1,700 for MRC members and $2,300 for non-members.

• You will have access to the program materials for 9 months from your date of enrollment.

• The virtual workshops will be recorded and made available exclusively to program participants.

• Enrollment includes access to courses such as Payment Essentials, Fraud Essentials, Chargeback Essentials, Account Takeover, EMV® 3-D Secure Authentication, Fraud in the Customer Journey, Fraud KPIs, Payments KPIs, and Payment Security and Compliance.

• The program registration includes the CPFPP application fee. Following the workshop, you'll receive an exam voucher code to use in the online application. The voucher code must be used within three months following the workshop.

• Refund Policy: Refunds and cancellations are determined on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations must be communicated in writing to education@merchantriskcouncil.org. No refunds will be issued once a course has been started.
