What to Expect in the CPFPP Guided Prep Program

 
  1. Start with Essentials
    Kick off your journey by completing our Payment Essentials and Fraud Essentials eLearning courses. These foundational courses lay the groundwork for advanced learning and provide a strong base for the CPFPP certification. (Recommended to complete in advance of the workshop).
  2. Live Workshop (Virtual or In-Person)
    Virtual Cohort: Join us for two live, half-day virtual workshops, where industry experts will cover key exam topics in performance management, operational management, provider management, and features and enhancements.
    Pre-Conference: Attend an in-person guided prep course prior to our MRC Vegas conference for an immersive, collaborative learning experience with peers and CPFPP-certified experts.
  3. Personalized Study Plan & Resources
    As part of the program you’ll receive a suggested study plan to help you stay on track. You’ll also have access to the CPFPP study guide, digital flashcards, and a self-assessment exam to reinforce key concepts and identify areas to review.
  4. Extended eLearning Access
    You'll gain free access to additional eLearning content in the Learning Catalog so you can revisit core concepts, explore related topics, and prepare at your own pace.
  5. Live Q&A with Certified Experts
    Join follow-up Q&A sessions where CPFPP-certified experts answer questions, clarify difficult concepts, and offer exam tips and strategies.
  6. CPFPP Exam
    The Guided Prep Program is designed to help you feel confident and ready to take the CPFPP exam. Once you’ve completed your prep, you’ll receive an exam voucher which will waive the CPFPP application fee if you apply within the three months following the workshop.
