When regulation is not enforcing the use or adherence of 3DS, is it still having the same impact on fraud? More of the card fraud we’re experiencing in Europe is coming from cards issued outside of the EU, is regulation the answer? We’ll explore answers to all this and the (sometimes) unintended consequences 3DS requests are having on acceptance rate in non regulated markets.
