Ask any fraud leader whether they should work more closely with their cybersecurity counterparts, and the answer is almost always yes. But "yes" and "we've actually done it" are very different things - and until now, no one has quantified what that gap is actually costing. Accertify partnered with independent research firm Liminal Partners to find out. We surveyed 250 senior fraud and cybersecurity decision-makers across five industries - Retail/eCommerce, Travel, Marketplaces, Quick Service Restaurants, and Entertainment & Media - and measured exactly how convergence between fraud and cyber teams affects fraud performance outcomes. The findings are striking. The performance gap between organizations that have embraced convergence and those that haven't is not marginal. It's the kind of difference that shows up in your P&L. In this session, Accertify CMO Mare Yu presents the full research findings: what the data reveals about how leading organizations are structuring the relationship between fraud and cyber, where the biggest performance gaps lie, and what it takes to get to the other side of them.
