The version of the 3DS protocol above 2.0 is already a significant innovation. Issuers, acquirers, and e-commerce platforms are continuously learning, adjusting, and maximizing the use of this protocol to optimize transaction security. Fraud is always intertwined with issues like fake accounts and social engineering scams, which, although not new topics, are constantly evolving into new forms of fraud. They adapt to new products and solutions launched in the market, such as the 3DS protocol.
