Moving your entire transaction risk evaluation from post auth to pre auth is no small task but Wish was able to bring on a new vendor and make that move from post to pre auth look like a breeze.This move was done to help increase our approval rate, decrease our fraud and improve our relationship with issuers. This was a huge initiative that took multiple teams and endless months of work but at the end the uplift we have seen in approval rates and decrease in fraud pressure down the funnel made the entire move a resounding success!
