MRC Global Board Information

MRC is now accepting nominations for Chair and Vice Chair (Chair-Elect) of the Global Board of Directors.

These leadership roles are instrumental in supporting effective Board governance, partnering with MRC’s executive leadership, and helping guide the organization’s continued growth and strategic direction.

Candidates will be considered in accordance with the qualifications and expectations outlined in MRC’s approved Director Qualifications Guidelines.

The Vice Chair serves as Chair-Elect, with the expectation of succeeding to the Chair role, subject to confirmation by the Global Board.
