MRC Vegas Conference Update
In light of the continued spread of the coronavirus/COVID-19, we have made the very difficult decision not to host the MRC Vegas Conference in 2020. The health and safety of our attendees is our utmost priority and necessitates this change.

MRC Vegas Frequently Asked Questions
Since MRC Vegas 2020 has been cancelled, what will happen to my paid conference registration?
All paid registrants for MRC Vegas 2020 will receive a credit on their account, which can be used to register for any other MRC Conference or can be refunded. The next conferences in the U.S. are MRC Seattle 2020 from September 21-23 in Seattle, Washington (MRC Member Only Conference) and MRC Vegas 2021 from March 15-18, 2021 at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada (MRC Flagship Conference).
I would like to receive a refund for my paid MRC Vegas 2020 registration. Who do I need to contact?
Please email refunds@merchantriskcouncil.org using the email address associated with your registration. The MRC will process requests in the order in which they are received.
I already have a room reservation at the Aria. Do I need to cancel it?
The Aria Resort and Casino will cancel all existing room reservations for MRC Vegas, so there is no action you need to take.
I am a sponsor at MRC Vegas 2020. What happens to my sponsorship?
We will be contacting each of our sponsors individually to determine if you would like to move your sponsorship to another MRC Conference.
I am an exhibitor at MRC Vegas 2020. What happens to my booth?
We will be contacting each of our exhibitors individually to determine if you would like to move your booth purchase to another MRC Conference.
I was scheduled to speak at MRC Vegas 2020. Will I still be able to present at another Conference?
We aim to accommodate those speakers who have worked to provide us with slide decks already for MRC Vegas 2020 and appreciate the time and effort that goes into doing this. The MRC will be contacting speakers with options to present sessions virtually or at subsequent U.S. conferences. Should you have any questions regarding your speaking engagement, please contact programs@merchantriskcouncil.org.
I booked travel to MRC Vegas. Now that it is cancelled, will the MRC refund my airfare?
As a non-profit organization, the MRC is not in a position to offer a refund for travel arrangements you have made. We recommend that you contact your travel company or airline to seek a refund or to change your travel dates to an alternate trip you may be planning later in the year. We regret the inconvenience.

MRC Paris Frequently Asked Questions
I was due to attend MRC Paris in April. Is this being postponed to another date?
Due to the continuous spread of the COVID-19 virus, as well as a considerable number of travel bans by companies scheduled to attend or speak at MRC Paris, we have been forced to cancel this event. The next conferences in Europe are scheduled for October 2020 in Athens, Greece (MRC Member Only Conference) and Spring 2021 in Berlin (MRC Flagship Conference).
What is going to happen to my registration fee that I paid for the MRC Paris Conference?
All paid registrants for MRC Paris 2020 will receive a credit on their account, which can be used to register for any other MRC Conference.

We will aim to accommodate those speakers who have worked to provide us with slide decks already for MRC Paris and appreciate the time and effort that goes into doing this. If you wish to provide the same session at our subsequent European events, please contact us at info@merchantriskcouncil.org. We will aim to accommodate you where possible.
