Spam and Blast! Public/Private co-operation to tackle fraud.

The Dedicated Card and Payment Crime Unit are a UK policing team who specialise in investigating payment crime and fraud against the financial sector. Formed through public/private partnership, the unit has, over the years, formed relationships with a number of merchants and companies who have a common interest in tackling fraudsters. Using a range of case studies the DCPCU will present on how varying means of engagement with law enforcement has supported investigations into fullz sellers, fraud brokers, online threat actors and the emerging threat of SMS blasters.
