CMSPI Launches Insights Advisory Council with Merchant Payments Leaders
CMSPI announced the launch of a newly formed Insights Advisory Council (IAC) consisting of leading global merchant payment acceptance and customer experience professionals. The merchant-driven Council will provide direction to the CMSPI Insights and Partnerships team on strategic industry reports, research prioritization, and prospective partner content.
The inaugural Council includes leading industry payments professionals from Amazon , Best Buy, Columbia, iHerb, lululemon, Kroger, McDonald’s, Shell, Sony, Target, and Walmart.

CMSPI’s Insights team provides global payment industry trends, insights, and analysis using CMSPI’s robust, proprietary data. Furthermore, CMSPI research and education helps advocates, trade associations, and industry partners take informed, data-driven approaches to policy initiatives aimed at making payments competitive, transparent, efficient, affordable, and innovative.

The invite-only Council – led by CMSPI’s Strategic Insights & Partnerships team leaders Liz Garner Divelbiss and Callum Godwin – will produce an annual CMSPI Global State of the Industry Report, prioritize topical industry research, and pursue trusted partner content and education opportunities.
