Bots are becoming more sophisticated, with many botnets now attempting malicious activity like fake account creation and carding attacks. Detecting large-scale activity, such as denial of service attacks, is one thing, but it is not always straightforward when bots mimic legitimate users.

This webinar looks at characteristics of automated attacks, then examines legacy detection approaches and their shortcomings. Simulated attacks are demonstrated next, followed by insights on how machine learning can be leveraged to pinpoint and analyze behavioral traits in real time. Potential drawbacks of machine learning are also covered. The session concludes with Q&A.
