Brazil now ranks within the world's top 10 largest economies, making it ripe for not only eCommerce growth but also potential for online fraud. This presentation looks at a common fraud type observed in Brazil, friendly fraud, beginning with network and merchant perspectives for chargeback representments. Two chargeback cases are then shared, followed by practical strategies to fight friendly fraud. The slides close with key lessons learned.
