The customer journey involves a myriad of considerations, among them what degree of security is needed against what level of friction is tolerated and what cost is acceptable. In this presentation, Boku Identity and Inditex consider potential vulnerabilities along the journey, then compare and contrast four factors for five different security options. Particular focus is paid to SMS one-time passcodes, with mobile operators proposed as an more secure alternative.
