Despite continued growth in eCommerce, a significant gap remains between the authorization rate for card-present transactions versus card-not-present transactions. Fraud management tools are highlighted next, with insights on key performance indicators and manual review included. The Home Depot then summarizes how they tackled a high false positive rate and in the process converted more orders while reducing chargebacks and rejected transactions.
